Target version:-

  1. CMake is de-facto standard now for C++/Qt projects (e.g. KDE)
  2. CMake has much more useful features than qmake: * dependency managent (
    stuff) * powerful deployment capabilities (CPack can generate Windows installers, Mac OS X DMG, Linux DEB/RPM) * abitily to write code in your favorite native IDE for each platform (CMake generates appropriate solutions for Visual Studio, XCode, etc.)

I’ve add some CMake support in my fork of QGit: https://github.com/eraxillan/qgit5
Currently i checked only compilation under Windows + Visual C++ 2013 + Qt 5.5.1 + Inno Setup.
NSIS installer don’t work now.

So, it’s far from perfect and should be completed in some way.
